Our records
Records, contracts and expenditure
To comply with the Australian Senate's procedural orders, the PSR Agency is required to publish information about its records and contracts on its website. We are also required to report information about our annual procurement plan and expenditure on legal services.
Agency records: The PSR maintains an indexed list of all relevant files created in the most recent 12-month period, updated twice yearly. You can download the most recent report here:
- New files created 1 January to 31 December 2023 [PDF]
- New files created 1 January to 31 December 2023 [docx]
Agency contracts: You can download a list of all contracts we signed in the last financial year for at least $100,000 that are not yet completed from AusTender.
PSR does not publish a list of grant agreements as we do not fund grants.
Legal services expenditure: You can download a report of our legal services expenditure in the most recent 12- month period.
Procurement: You can download our annual procurement plan from AusTender.
Staff remuneration
We publish information about the remuneration of executives in our annual reports. In line with the definitions set out in the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Rule 2014, PSR executives include:
- PSR Director
- PSR Executive Officer
- Unit Managers.
Gifts and Benefits
In the course of official duties, the Director or officials of the PSR may receive gifts and/or benefits.
PSR's Gift Register documents the gifts received where the estimated value exceeds $100 (excluding GST).
